The owner of the website informs the User that it is not obliged to send the consumer a cancellation document in order to revoke the contracting of the service offered through our website within the legal deadlines, as it is within the exceptions established in Articles 102 and 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by virtue of which it is established that there is no right of withdrawal in contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
At the time of purchase, the final price per product will be shown in Euros, including VAT. Some of the offers and promotions that appear on the website are exclusive to orders placed through the website, and are not valid for orders placed by telephone or in the establishment itself. By application of the Law on the tax on sweetened and packaged drinks in Catalonia, approved by Law 5/2017, of 28 March, on fiscal, administrative, financial and public sector measures (DOGC no. 7340, of 30 March), we inform our customers that the price of sweetened drinks will be increased by the corresponding supplement. Minimum order of 8€. New offers will cancel previous offers. The amount of the ingredient supplements in the offers will be added to the final price. Offers cannot be accumulated. On the screen corresponding to the payment of the order, the different means of payment available in the establishment will appear, and you will be able to choose the one that is most convenient for you. In the case of cash payments for home delivery orders, you will be asked to indicate whether you need change to pay for the order, and if so, the amount required. Change for the €40 delivery person. Cards may be used as a means of payment when the logos corresponding to the cards accepted in each establishment are indicated: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Affinity Card. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the card issuer, but if the issuer does not authorise payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we cannot enter into any contract with the User. By authorising payment with the card provided you are confirming that you are the cardholder. The website uses industry standard information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorised access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer agrees that the provider obtains data for the purpose of authentication of access controls.
Refund policy or return of card payments.
In the event of cancellation of an order by the customer and once confirmed, it will be paid in the same form of payment with which the order was placed. In cases where it is demonstrated that the refund or credit to the user of payments made with cards is appropriate, the owner of the website will try to make the corresponding refund in the account within 10 working days.
