Purchase Policy

1. Prior information

The owner of the website informs that the procedures for purchasing goods and/or obtaining the services offered are those described in these general terms and conditions, as well as any other specific procedures indicated on screen during the browsing and purchasing process, so that the User declares that he/she is aware of and accepts these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered on this website. By making use of this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to:

  1. To use this website solely and exclusively to place legally valid orders.
  2. Not to place any false or fraudulent orders. If it could reasonably be considered that such an order has been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  3. To provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately for the management of orders, and to keep these details up to date. If you do not provide us with all the information we require, we will not be able to process your order.
  4. By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Placing orders

  1. The provision of the service is effective from the establishment of the owner of the website and the particular conditions that are established in the establishment, in terms of delivery times, payment methods, minimum orders for home delivery, and procedures for resolving possible incidents.
  2. In order to access the services offered through the website, the User can access through their account (if they have previously registered), or place their order “without registering”. To access as a registered user, you must enter your telephone number and the password provided in the registration process. The telephone number and the password are identifiers and enabling elements for accessing the services and are personal and non-transferable.
  3. In order to proceed with the purchase of the different products offered, the User must follow all the indications and instructions on each screen and, where applicable, provide the data required for the management of the order, determining on each form the data that are obligatory for the purchase process. The User must have selected all the desired purchase products on the website and process the order. The products included in the purchase will appear on the corresponding screen with the final price (including VAT and shipping costs).
  4. All orders are subject to the availability of the products in the establishment of reference, if there are difficulties in terms of supply or there are no items in stock, the establishment will contact the user to inform him/her, offer an alternative product and / or if necessary refund the amount that may have been paid.
  5. Confirmation of the order: Once the purchase process has been completed, the order confirmation option appears, in which the products purchased will be listed, with the user being responsible for reviewing and confirming the products, prices and offers selected if applicable.
  6. During the purchase process the User must select the time of delivery or home delivery of the order, although the estimated time to proceed with the delivery of orders may be subject to possible variations due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner of the website.

3. Cancellation

The owner of the website informs the User that it is not obliged to send the consumer a cancellation document in order to revoke the contracting of the service offered through our website within the legal deadlines, as it is within the exceptions established in Articles 102 and 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by virtue of which it is established that there is no right of withdrawal in contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

4. Prices

At the time of purchase, the final price per product will be shown in Euros, including VAT. Some of the offers and promotions that appear on the website are exclusive to orders placed through the website, and are not valid for orders placed by telephone or in the establishment itself. By application of the Law on the tax on sweetened and packaged drinks in Catalonia, approved by Law 5/2017, of 28 March, on fiscal, administrative, financial and public sector measures (DOGC no. 7340, of 30 March), we inform our customers that the price of sweetened drinks will be increased by the corresponding supplement. Minimum order of 8€. New offers will cancel previous offers. The amount of the ingredient supplements in the offers will be added to the final price. Offers cannot be accumulated. The company reserves the right to accept these offers.

5. Payments

On the screen corresponding to the payment of the order, the different means of payment available in the establishment will appear, and you will be able to choose the one that is most convenient for you. In the case of cash payments for home delivery orders, you will be asked to indicate whether you need change to pay for the order, and if so, the amount required. Change for the €40 delivery person. The different means of payment available to each establishment are as follows:

  • Cash.
  • Credit and debit card.

Cards may be used as a means of payment when the logos corresponding to the cards accepted in each establishment are indicated: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Affinity Card. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the card issuer, but if the issuer does not authorise payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we cannot enter into any contract with the User. By authorising payment with the card provided you are confirming that you are the cardholder. The website uses industry standard information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorised access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer agrees that the provider obtains data for the purpose of authentication of access controls.

6. Order return policy

Refund policy or return of card payments.

In the event of cancellation of an order by the customer and once confirmed, it will be paid in the same form of payment with which the order was placed. In cases where it is demonstrated that the refund or credit to the user of payments made with cards is appropriate, the owner of the website will try to make the corresponding refund in the account within 10 working days.

7. Complaints

The User may make a complaint or claim to the Customer Service Department by e-mail (send a message to the contact e-mail address indicated on this page or by written communication addressed to the Customer Service Department, at the name and address indicated on this page. The owner of the website also has complaint forms available to its customers in the establishment of reference. We recommend that users process their complaint at the establishment responsible for the actual provision of the service. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 14.1 of EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution, which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
